Target 1-1 Encourage taking of maternity leave for child care during birth Encourage taking of leaves for child care (one person or more within planning period)
Target 1-2 Encourage men to take a long-term leave for child care (one or more people within planning period)
Target 1-3 Encourage taking of long-term leave for elderly care (elderly care leave) Encourage taking of short-term leave for elderly care (one or more people within planning period)

April 2017 - Establish a system that is better than the one currently set by the law
April 2017 - Notify employees about the details of the system through company newsletter, etc.

Target 2 Conduct training for managers to create an environment that enables easy obtainment of child/family care-related leaves

Notification of changes about in-house regulations for child and family care leaves
Information gathering of human resource managers through participation in workshop/training sessions

Conduct orientation about the system revisions in the Child Care and Family Care Leave Law
April 2019 - Presentation of experiences regarding child care and family care leave system (by those who have experienced taking these leaves)
